New Submission Process

• Step One: Now you can submit your new media without having to log into website, for those of you that have trouble logging on. Fill out the form and upload a file, if file is too big or was rejected please send it to expressions@_thevenusproject.com (without the underscore) your uploads will not be viewable to the public, once approved for peer review, it will be published within VEM site under Community, were only signed up members can see and peer review. If you are unable to log on to the site, we make other arrangements for your work to be peer reviewed.

• Step Two: Your submission will be reviewed by administrator for approval, then will be announced for for TVP members only to see and review your work.

• Step Three: If you receive reviews with allot suggestions with improvements, you will be asked to make changes to your artwork before we send it to Quality Assurance team for final approval. We will also ask you make some changes to your artwork whether it needs to be improved or not.

• Step Four: You will receive a confirmation or rejection letter. Confirmation letter will simply state that your artwork is accepted and be published for the TVP, Rejection letter, will contain the fix ups the QA team wishes you to make to it before publishing it.

Peer Review Guidelines/ Rules

Please review every media project fairly, respectfully, offer productive criticism, make suggestions of improvements with your criticism of anyone 's work. No bad Language , insulting remarks on anyone 's work doing so will result in temporary ban from logging into the VEM community area .
